FROM: Crowsnest Conservation
Crowsnest Conservation Society joined other groups and community members for the 2017 Ed Gregor Stewardship Day on June 3. CCS organized a riverbank cleanup and tackled the following areas: the IGA parking lot along Blairmore Creek, Gold Creek from FasGas to Crowsnest River, the Community Walking Trail from IGA to the Blairmore east entrance, and Nez Perce Creek from downtown Coleman to Crowsnest River.
We collected in excess of twenty-five bags of garbage. Thank you to the Oldman Watershed Council outreach assistants Nata de Leeux and Reuben Middel for their assistance and to CCS members and supporters who volunteered.
